The location was convenient for our travel needs, but it was the worst experience ever in a hospitality establishment. On 19/09 at 6:50 while we were sleeping, part of the ceiling in the room collapsed between the bed and wardrobe: about 1 m in diameter, with debris covering almost 3 m² of floor. By pure chance no one was hurt, but the fright was enormous. Firefighters intervened, secured the room, and called 118. To make matters worse, the day before around 17:00 the manager had already entered the room without waiting for a response while we were resting. After the collapse we were only given another room after we insisted, and the manager offered no apology. This was not a minor inconvenience but a real safety risk for guests. Check very carefully before booking.

The room was a good size and the location was convenient to the station, but the staff were very rude. We checked in on our own using codes sent by message from the property; the same message said that the next day someone would be on site to register our documents. The following morning, with no one at reception, we called the number provided and the person on the other end answered in an arrogant and aggressive tone, saying we could only check in in the morning and that we could send our documents via WhatsApp, almost as if they were being spiteful. The room itself was completely saturated with cigarette odor that didn’t dissipate even after keeping the window open for hours.
