The property is huge, the service excellent, the food tasty and plentiful. They didn’t charge anything extra, even making us breakfast in boxes when we had to leave early, and the sheets were wonderfully soft. We just wanted to walk, but they made it difficult at first, then let us go. We strolled through the village to the prehistoric site—a must‑visit for anyone wanting something different.

There are limited options, but the location works well for an expedition. The pool was poorly maintained. In the rooms, there was no privacy—we could clearly hear the neighbour next door. Food choices were also limited.

The landscaping is very nice. Breakfast was okay. The rooms feel outdated, and dinner could use a lot of improvement.

Breakfast was a buffet when several guests were present; on some days it was a la carte. The pool was fine, and towels were provided. The setting is quiet with a lake view. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated but clean. Later I received a notice that I still had to pay an extra amount due to a miscalculation, which I refused because it was not verifiable. They need to be more careful!

The gardens are lovely. There is no hot water kettle in the rooms, and no phone is available.
