The service is absolutely excellent, the staff are very cheerful and friendly, the hotel is clean, and the air‑conditioning is superb. The location is fantastic, right next to Oxford Street and close to Hyde Park. Breakfast is good, with Arabic options like fava beans, hummus, and shakshuka, though sometimes they’re missing from the buffet; just ask and they’ll make it for you. The price is a bit high for the room size, and there’s no toilet paper (there is an electronic integrated toilet paper dispenser in the seat).

The location and cleanliness were good, but the equipment felt lacking, the hotel seemed to be scamming guests, and I experienced a water leak from the ceiling at midnight.
