The interior of the hotel and the rooms felt very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive rather than just bureaucratic. The breakfast offered everything I wanted, and the hall staff guided me pleasantly, making my stay enjoyable. I would definitely want to stay again.

This is my second visit to Tmark while traveling around Japan. It’s a very good business hotel. The beds are soft and the pillows are sturdy, which is my preference. The Nespresso pods are a nice bonus. The bath fills up quickly and has a separate shower with good pressure. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping starts early, and because typical Japanese hotels aren’t soundproof, you can hear the vacuum as early as 8 AM. The hotel is a bit farther from the main road, so you’ll need to walk a little from the subway or train station.
