Everyone was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel was clean and nicely presented, located in an area where everything you need, like a supermarket, is close to the tram. Overall I was very satisfied and would come back.

The staff is amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly. Will 100% stay here again when I come back to Istanbul. Room is a bit small in size, but the value and the cleanliness is superb

The hotel’s location in the city center was excellent. The rooms were small and compact but had all the amenities, were very clean, with great plumbing and superb renovation. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very pleasant. I’m especially grateful to the receptionist who let us check in early and even upgraded us to a better room than the one we booked. The price‑to‑quality ratio was perfect. We highly recommend staying here. Everything was liked.
