The location was good, but when we arrived the owner told us the room had already been rented through Airbnb, she’d set up a makeshift bed and sofa in the living room, there was no door or curtains on the window overlooking the street, and she’d only put a wooden board to close the room, offering no privacy. Since we had already paid, she advised us to contact booking, but we’ve received no response so far. I do not recommend it.

I couldn’t settle in; nobody greeted me, messages went unanswered, and I want my money back. Nothing else; I was totally dissatisfied, had to find other accommodations, and it completely ruined my commitments in Poços de Caldas MG.

We booked a lodge with a private bathroom, but were put in a hostel with a shared bathroom—only me, a woman, and five other men used the same dirty bathroom, and no one came to clean it. In short, UNCOMFORTABLE.

The room was simple and spacious, but there was a mix‑up at check‑in; I arrived earlier than scheduled and was later attended.
