The location is central and the room was clean. The mattress was so soft that getting up was a struggle, feeling old and worn out, though it was supposedly new and should have let you sink in. It was uncomfortable and caused back pain in the morning. Breakfast had a slightly limited selection.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, making you feel very welcome. The rooms are old but some are partially renovated (the bathroom is new, the mattress is new). Breakfast was excellent – ham, cheese, yogurt, muesli, everything included. Parking is free. The location is in the middle of Maria Alm, with restaurants, cable car, supermarket all within walking distance. The only downside was the limited storage space in the bathroom.

I was right in the city center, the location was great. There was nothing to complain about.
