We arrived at 3pm on the 26/12/25 looking forward to our 7 nights stay When we arrived there was a guy outside so I told him my name and showed him our booking reference his answer was that there was no availability We had booked and payed through PayPal he told us he had told booking .com he was fully booked two weeks prior Obviously he was lying and had kept our money then 10 minutes later told us we would get a full refund Then next day we got about 5 percent of our payment back We are now trying to get our money back through PayPal AVOID SCAM…
“We did not stay as the management cancelled 24hrs before arrival.”
The place looked decent and the location was fine, yet they cancelled our reservation 24 hours before we were due to arrive while we were traveling from Europe, offering almost no help beyond a request for understanding; we were a group of 21 people arriving on New Year’s Eve.

They confirmed they were fully booked, so I didn’t stay.
