The hotel is a recent and pleasant establishment. I enjoyed my stay and wish the manager much success in the future. The hotel is still developing, and I encourage it to keep moving in that direction. Nothing particular to note. Since the establishment is still new, some small details will naturally improve over time.

Nothing positive. The front‑desk staff and the owner were awful. I arrived at the hotel at midnight after a long trip, and to my great surprise I had no room even though I had paid in advance and my reservation was confirmed by Booking. The young man at the reception wouldn’t let me open the door because the hotel was full. He was rude and impolite. I don’t understand how Booking can work with hotels of this category. I have not been refunded yet.

The room was spacious with a small kitchen. The accommodation was poorly equipped, sparsely cleaned, and there was no heating – the temperature dropped to 10 °C in the room at night. It was that cold.

Very dirty and cold; the staff were unfriendly and uninterested, always on their phones and not looking at you during conversation; we left without staying overnight.

The welcome was excellent, with warm and very helpful staff. The double room was clean and very spacious, even featuring a small kitchenette. I highly recommend it! Thanks again to Othman and his colleague! – Larbi
