The place was pretty, tidy, and clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not varied; it seemed they were serving the same dishes for several days. A ventilation system was installed in the rooms, but it was noisy and only turned off at 10 pm, then started up again at 8 am.

The property is very clean, well maintained, and well organized. The night is extremely quiet, making it perfect for rest. Breakfast is included, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. A major advantage is the free parking on the premises, right in front of the hotel; at night the gate is closed and access is granted by pressing the intercom, which adds security and peace of mind. This is a very convenient solution for those visiting Rome by car and preferring to stay away from the city center. Everything was perfect, nothing to add.
