The only thing that worked in our favor was the airport being close by. The advertised free shuttle turned out to be one‑way only (from the airport), even though I’d specifically asked for a ride back and got confirmation. Throughout the night rats scurried under the floor, the room resembled a shed, and there was no kettle or even the promised spoons. We booked a room with breakfast, but because our flight was early we barely got a slice of buttered bread, an egg and some dubious eggplant.

Everything about the stay was impressive—the host’s warmth is rare, they offered round‑trip transfers, fed us twice, and even took us to the Musaler memorial complex as a bonus. The overall vibe was very pleasant and I wish the place continued success.

Convenient for a quick stop, just ten minutes from the airport. The hosts were friendly and even drove me back and forth, helped lift my luggage up the outside stairs to the second floor. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed, a sofa, a simple shower and a kettle, and they even brought a big bottle of good water. I arrived at night and they made tea right away, and breakfast was simple but tasty at the time I asked. No hidden fees or strict check‑in times – I could leave whenever I wanted.

The place is just a five‑minute taxi ride from Zvartnots airport and the host was genuinely friendly, which made check‑in easy. Unfortunately the room fell short on the basics I look for – it was noisy at night thanks to a loud pump, there were no blackout curtains, and it felt neither dark nor warm. Breakfast was simple (eggs, sausage, bread, cheese, tea) and the bathroom could use a few fixes, like a shower curtain, a working toilet lid and separate light switches.
