The location is decent, with historic sights within 700 m, but you have to climb a hill. The owner is very welcoming, responsive, and attentive. A small drawback is the absence of tea or coffee; if I had known, I would have bought them beforehand, but instead I had to start breakfast with boiling water. A major plus is the large balcony‑terrace overlooking the Alazanka Valley, which covers all the negatives. In the morning you dine while watching the sunrise, and the air “rings” with beauty that is impossible to describe. The room was very small, and the bathroom had few amenities.
