The location is great, close to the main attractions, and the staff were friendly and courteous. However, the noise is excessive because there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, with the sound of people getting on and off being terrible; the door locks feel insecure; breakfast is very simple with little variety; and there are no nearby parking spots.

Breakfast is excellent, and the cake lady is brilliant with her innovations. There were no problems because Manager Mrs. Josi handled any guest issue with great politeness and willingness.

I liked the location and the room. The room access was confusing with random numbering, so I kept circling around trying to find mine.
