We stayed just one night on the long drive back from vacation, enjoyed a very comfortable night and a great breakfast, and the building—once a horse stable—was beautifully renovated; the only downside was the absence of a small fridge in the common area for cooling food, though we managed without it.
The location is great, the building looks nice from the outside, and the room was clean, but it had a chemical‑lavender air freshener smell, no ventilation—despite the 24°C outside, the room felt stuffy even with open windows—and the fan was so dirty we had to wash it ourselves before use; the room description implied each room had a coffee/tea set, kettle, and fridge, but those items are actually in the common area.
A calm spot to unwind, though the rooms on the upper floors were a bit hot because they lacked air‑conditioning, yet the value for money was good.
The place is beautiful, and getting there by car is straightforward like everywhere in small towns; the interior is wonderful, the 3‑person room was a bit small but still liked; the hotel offers a shared fridge and a communal kitchen area with plenty of space for breakfast.
Everything was superb, I highly recommend it ❤️, with no negatives, only positives.
