The onsens were very traditional with two different baths and the food was extremely high quality. Nothing to add.

The Japanese architecture is beautiful, the hot spring is great. I wanted more cleanliness for the shoes worn in the hallway halfway through.

The hotel’s atmosphere was fantastic and the staff’s service was superb, but the bathroom drain in the room didn’t work well; younger guests might not mind, yet the many stairs could be tough for older visitors.
