“Very satisfactory and good value for money”
The staff were very helpful and the setting is excellent, but our courtyard rooms probably weren't as good as those in the main hotel.

The hotel’s location in town was perfect, and the staff were fresh, polite, and welcoming, but the stairs to the bedrooms were a bit of a hassle.

The food, both breakfast and dinner, was very good, yet the room felt a bit tired.

The hotel is very comfortable with great staff and food, and if you’re heading to Ayr racecourse for racing, you must stay here.

It was a nice older facility with a lovely fountain in front, but the cost seemed exorbitant; the online price was much lower.
