The location is fine, but there’s no air conditioning. The decor is somewhat basic and the breakfast is deteriorated.

“Incómodo por falta de limpieza y falta de seriedad en lo que se reserva”

The outdoor pool is very clean, but our experience was highly disappointing from the start. When we booked through Booking, we chose and paid for a room based on the photos and features listed. Later, the hotel switched us to a different room that didn’t match the one we had booked. They said the original room was about to be removed from Booking, but we ended up paying for a different accommodation than we intended. Upon arrival, the situation worsened: the blankets were dirty and stained with blood, which is completely unacceptable for a place that hosts guests. The overall cleanliness was below expectations. We traveled as a family and wanted a comfortable stay, yet that first night we could barely rest because of the room’s condition. In the end, we felt it was a waste of money that didn’t justify what we received. The price‑quality ratio doesn’t match what is offered, and I believe the hotel should greatly improve both cleaning and transparency regarding reservations and the rooms they present to customers. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for an experience that matches what you pay for.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Additionally, they welcomed pets which was a big plus for me. However, I did notice some issues with the bathroom, the showers were rusty and there was dirt behind the furniture. The kitchen utensils also weren't washed properly, which was a bit disappointing.
