Right in front of the river, within walking distance to downtown and the skate park. I didn't find anything to dislike about the place.

The property was spotless and the staff were very kind, though the skatepark was a bit board.

The spot was central to everything in Corvallis, but getting into the parking garage was tough because the driveway got blocked by people loading and unloading at the front.
