It was convenient for my purpose and fine overall, but I had to change rooms because the AC unit was noisy. Breakfast could use some improvement.

The location was nice, but a staff member was rude from the start. We arrived 15 minutes before check‑in time and she was very harsh about it, then claimed our pre‑booked room type was sold out and tried to force us into an unreserved handicap room, cussing and yelling while playing music on her AirPods. Another employee had to take over because of her behavior. She didn’t remove her AirPods, so we could hear her music over her words. I was treated poorly from the lobby onward. We paid almost $400 for two rooms and stayed less than 24 hours; I didn’t care about the cost, only respect, which was absent until the new staff member handled our reservation. Even then, one of our rooms was changed from a double queen suite to a regular king room, likely with a price difference, but we never got a refund. The motel was overbooked, but the treatment felt like it was on us. I’ll never stay here again, and I travel to Salt Lake from northern Nevada often.

The staff were really nice, the price was amazing compared to other places I have stayed, the breakfast was hot and fresh and tasted delicious with so many options to choose from.

We had a great experience; the staff were very friendly. The ice was gone every time we tried to get it because of the soccer teams there. We had trouble with the toilet flushing, but overall it was a nice stay. The staff, clean room, and plenty of parking for our trailer were positives.
