The manager Clarissa was very friendly and helpful, running everything with great affection that made the place feel very family‑like; the beach and hammock were fantastic, and overall the location was perfect for us. The terrace was completely dark in the evenings, which was disappointing; only a little light appeared on the last night. The place has a lot of potential, and since it’s newly taken over, there’s still much to do. Breakfast on the island is tough to find, so you’re largely dependent on it; it was delicious, but the selection was limited.

It was a real tragedy, not written spitefully, but as someone who travels several times a year and stays in dozens of hotels, the staff didn’t answer questions, changed their mind, or gave vague responses. There was no water in the room upon arrival, no hot water in the bathroom, and no improvement despite reporting the issue. Cleanliness was zero—there was a tampon left in the bathroom from the previous guest, no shower fluid, everything was dirty and neglected. The place is nicely located by the sea with potential, but maintenance is disastrous. It shouldn’t cost even 50 euros a night; we paid over 200 euros, while professional hotels charge 270 euros. Don’t skimp a few euros on this place that should be worth a few euros a night. Zenada is lacking in every aspect.

The hotel’s spot let us easily hop on a bike to the island, and Clarissa was genuinely kind. The place is a bit run‑down; the outside looks abandoned and the cleaning is mediocre—only two mini toiletries the first night, then nothing. The housekeeping routine was just emptying the bin and making the bed. We skipped breakfast because it cost 21 euros, which feels way too high for 208 euros a night. I don’t recommend it.
