The welcome was very warm, the dining area was great, and the place was quiet and relaxing. The location of the property is also an advantage.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite, and smiling. When I arrived, I was told I’d been upgraded because my room was already taken, but the room I received was small, had no balcony, and the shower leaked. I complained and was given another room that was supposedly lower but turned out to be ten times better. I found the restaurant expensive for what it offered: an Alsatian salad at €17 that included a sliced cervelas, at least 100 g of Gruyère, half an egg, and two pieces of tomato.
