“Great place to stay for a quick getaway the next morning.”
The room was across the street from the terminal, very nice with good facilities. No negatives.

The Courtyard by Marriott Quito Airport in Quito offers family rooms with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and modern amenities, including work desks, minibars, and soundproofing. Guests can enjoy a fitness centre, restaurant, and bar, serving international and Latin American cuisines with vegetarian and vegan options. The hotel is near Quito Mariscal Sucre International Airport and attractions like Liga Deportiva Universitaria Stadium and Quicentro Shopping Mall.

I love staying right next to the airport terminal, and the staff—especially in the restaurant and bar—are just amazing.

This modern airport hotel is excellent, and walking to the airport is super convenient. It’s perfect for late‑night arrivals and early departures. The rooms were very quiet, and I didn’t hear any noise during the two nights.

The hotel is only a few steps from the terminal, which is great. Everything else was fine.

The location is fantastic, just a hop and skip to the main UIO terminal for quick in‑and‑out of Quito Airport. The new hotel meets the standard of a Courtyard Marriott. The room is very spacious and clean, with a quiet central AC/heat system, a mini‑fridge, a coffee maker, and a small safe. There’s decent closet space and plenty of room for luggage. The Wi‑Fi is strong, but I recommend using a personal VPN for safety. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and has plenty of hot water. Reception is open 24/7 and the staff are friendly. However, as a frequent traveler I find this hotel overpriced compared to any Courtyard worldwide, and especially in Ecuador. The high price means breakfast is not included, making it less cost‑effective than other Quito airport hotels. The breakfast buffet is very sparse; a late‑morning breakfast person will find the food containers tepid. Fresh fruit is appallingly scarce and not quite fresh—Ecuador should have fresh fruit! Coffee is not freshly brewed but pumped out of thermoses. The hotel restaurant menu is a very pricey list of ordinary fares, again overpriced for Ecuador. You can get much better breakfast and dinner at the food court just outside the hotel.
