It was the worst experience. They left us waiting for the pick‑up, the hotel has no address, and I don’t know how to exit the booking. We had to find another place and lost the money. The worst.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was very central and the view of the volcano was simply breathtaking.

We had a wonderful stay. Every staff member was amazing—caring, attentive, and thoughtful, especially the gentleman who drove us. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Fira and only about a 3‑minute walk from the bus station, making travel around Santorini very convenient. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented, just like in the photos! The only small suggestion would be to have newer towels and bed linen; with that little improvement, the stay would be even more perfect.

The stay at this hotel was fantastic—room spotless, cozy, and well kept, and the whole place felt welcoming. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The spot was convenient, with everything we needed within easy reach.
