I liked the accommodation, got an upgrade on arrival, was treated very well, and the waterfall view from the balcony was magical; it could have been cheaper and a jacuzzi would have been nice, plus the room I stayed in had only one outlet and none next to the bed.

When we arrived it was raining, and at breakfast time there was no table inside for us to sit; we had to stand waiting for someone to leave. On a rainy day I think they should add more indoor tables to the hall.

The location was great, but we had trouble with the shower; it took a while to resolve a simple shower replacement.

The cleaning was impeccable, surrounded by plenty of nature, and very quiet! The only downside was the lack of cable TV.
