Everything is nice, though I liked how close it is to all the shops and the beach.

The apartment was great. Good sized bedroom and OK bathroom. And kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. The gym is a little outdated

A loud fan or something was running outside near our room.

Staff were great. For $479 for the room was way too high. The room was small, TV were tiny, the bed was so uncomfortable it wasn't funny. I run a bath and the hot water run out before it was full so didn't even get to enjoy that. Very unhappy. We booked a room with a classic view and what we got was a view of the carpark disgusting! Everyone could see in. We own a business in Lorne and were staying at the Mantra so we could get to shop due to the bike race. We always stay at the Cumberland but this time couldn't get a booking. Their rates are very reasonable, and the rooms never fail to impress. A full or partial refund would be appreciated!!!!
