The staff were excellent, going out of their way to make the stay pleasant, and the Hotel Manager Tarun ensured guests were comfortable, though the linen could have been a bit better.

The rooms were spacious, but housekeeping was not perfect and the lift was broken, forcing me to climb stairs despite my operated knee.
