The spot was spot on, and the female front‑desk clerks gave us directions and local tips that were super helpful. The only gripe was that the Make staff at the counter could have been a touch more helpful with directions and referrals.

We didn’t have room service, which is a downside since I’m used to getting it daily.

The staff were great, the room was clean, and the location was convenient, but the price jumped sharply for the popular concert weekend, so I probably won’t stay here next year for AfterShock.
