The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, which was a big plus.
The hotel's location in the heart of the city was a major plus, with a main street right outside the door.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the hotel's distance from the airport was a major drawback.
The room was modern and comfy, and the breakfast was pretty good.

“Very good and comfortable stay.”
Ambience, staff and location. Not providing soap bar in the bathroom
“Good, need to be cleaner”
I liked the location, the calm atmosphere, the nice design, and the good lighting. I disliked how the bathroom always smelled bad; the counter was unclean even after the staff cleaned the room. The electronic weight balance didn't work, and the reception staff could have been more professional and responsive, though they were kind.
I liked the overall experience, but the restaurant was disappointing.
The location and friendly staff were excellent, yet the rooms felt a bit cramped.
The value for money was great, the staff were helpful, and the location was good. Breakfast costs SAR 60 per person, which is reasonable, but the menu could be improved. The Wi‑Fi and the lift need major improvements.
