The resort is quiet, the staff are accommodating, and the place is nice; the restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices, but communication from the resort was not ideal— we waited a long time for the shuttle, called several times and the calls were cancelled, and we could only reach them through Messenger instead of the listed number; they also have strict rules that weren’t mentioned on their website, and they charge corkage if you bring “chichirya” from outside, even though those items aren’t sold at the resort.

The location is convenient, but the room was far from clean—bed sheets and curtains had stains, and there were ants in the room. The pillows were not very comfortable, the refrigerator didn’t work well, and the rooms look old.

The place is really nice and offers a good beach view, though the food service could improve its waiting times.

The beach front view was great, and there was plenty of space for activities like volleyball, making it nice to wake up to. However, some rooms have better air conditioning than others because a few units are outdated, and the shower has low pressure so the hot water didn’t work well; while the vicinity is great, the rooms themselves weren’t as impressive.
