“Ok”

I had a decent stay, but the thin walls were quite a drawback - I could hear conversations, coughing, and even the late-night check-in, which unfortunately disrupted my sleep when the fire alarm went off. The front office staff was just okay, and I wouldn't say they were particularly friendly. Despite these issues, I managed to get some rest eventually. Overall, it was an average experience.

“Great price, comfortable, clean, yummy breakfast, and caring staff!”

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay - the bed was incredibly comfortable, and my room was spotless, with clean beds, sheets, tables, chairs, and bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast truly lived up to the hype. However, the hotel did face some unexpected issues with frozen water lines, which led to a temporary shutdown of the water supply, but the staff handled it well and were very apologetic.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff, but unfortunately, my experience was somewhat marred by the fact that the elevator was out of order, which was a real challenge for me given that I'd recently had ankle surgery and had to climb two flights of stairs. Despite this, the staff's warmth made up for it to some extent.
