Facilities. Good place, but they charged an excessive fee for a stain that can be removed; the accommodation says “the sheets are stained with difficult-to-remove fluids” even though they never tried to wash them, and they charged more than 600,000 pesos for staining sheets.

The location is excellent. The only notable thing is the location. The area where the accommodation is located is wonderful, but unfortunately that does not compensate for the deficiencies we found during our stay. From our arrival it was clear that guest attention was lacking. There is no permanently staffed reception, no breakfast or other food services, and because of the conditions and dynamics of the place, we perceived it as more of a hostel than a hotel. The most concerning issue was the noise throughout the night. Apparently the establishment also has gaming and betting areas, so conversations, movements and noises from people there were constantly heard. It was practically impossible to rest. This is even more questionable because our visit was for a sporting competition. We needed to rest and wake up early to participate in the event. Still, we were required to hand over the rooms at 11:00 a.m., so we left our luggage around 7:00 a.m. to leave early. When we returned, no one was available to open the door or give us our luggage. Finally, we were allowed to use the bathroom of a room that seemed to have been used before and was not in the expected cleanliness conditions for a lodging establishment. In short, the location is excellent, but the service, attention, rest, cleanliness and organization leave much to be desired. If you’re looking for a place to rest, especially before a competition or important activity, I do not consider this accommodation a good option. I give it two stars for the location. For the lodging experience, I definitely expected much more than what we found.

The team was very friendly and the location couldn’t be better. However, housekeeping didn’t come daily; during our five‑night stay we had to take out the trash ourselves.

The room was very nice, everything worked fine, and the hotel overall was great with a good location in Laureles, but the check‑in was a bit messy and there was a general lack of staff; luckily I didn’t need anything.
