“I pay but didn’t stay a single .I was supposed to be refunded and no refund has come till date !”

The property clearly needs renovation, especially the rooms for the rate they’re charging; premium and superior are exactly the same with no difference, yet they charge extra, and I didn’t like the room conditions and they need to be renovated.

The resort cancelled our booking without any information while they were full, then blamed us for a supposedly faulty credit card; they could have called or emailed us but didn’t, leaving our family of 5 stranded at reception with no assistance, and the manager refused to meet us until we insisted on not leaving the hotel without meeting him.

The casino crowd is a bit disappointing; the whole resort experience is marred by the high‑decibel chatter outside the casino and perhaps the aggressive approach of the premises is secondary to the casino, whereas before the casino opened the overall experience was calmer.

“Not 5 star!!”

There’s not much to highlight: the bed is comfortable, a cocktail/mocktail evening with music and snacks plus a complimentary fruit platter and a bottle of wine was a nice gesture, but nothing outstanding or worth the price. The service is not 5‑star standard in any way—no welcome drink, no cold towel, no welcome at all, everything is outdated, no Netflix or smart TV, the breakfast is average, the pool is dirty, and nothing justifies the price or the 5‑star claim; better hotels exist on every level, so don’t waste your money.
