The small flat is comfortable for two people and its location is excellent. We spent a night there on Saturday evening, only to discover that the area is the center of the party scene, so sleeping is impossible. Loud music and partying continued until dawn.

Anna’s apartment is just a few steps from the metro and the neighborhood is sensational, offering something new every day with restaurants and bars right outside the door. I don’t recommend it for those who need to sleep before 2 a.m. (even with the window down) or for older guests because of the steep and high stairs.

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'alloggio si trova proprio a 2 minuti rispetto via Toledo proprio sui quartieri spagnoli . L'appartamento è composto da un piccolo piano cottura,un bagno molto grande, attrezzato e moderno con una grande doccia,e la camera spaziosa ,comoda e affaccia proprio dal balcone sui quartieri spagnoli. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'appartamento si trova in un terzo piano molto alto senza ascensore e per ka mia amica con problemi al ginocchio è stato faticoso. Se ti dimentichi qualcosa in camera,anche se sei nelle vicinanze, ci pensi 4 volte prima di tornare a prenderla. Inoltre la notte è molto caotica,fino alle 5:30 sentivamo schiamazzi di piu gruppi e risate provenire dalla strada

The room had a sofa bed and a double bed, but no wardrobe—just a small shelf for the bed, which was very comfortable along with the pillows, though the space was tight for four people. The worst nightmare was the 90 very steep and high steps to reach the room—90 steps is a lot. And the terrace shown in the photos doesn’t exist. I understand that daily cleaning isn’t available, but at least a broom and a bucket in the room are necessary; three days without even a quick sweep is too much. Hair and dust everywhere. I’m sorry to leave it all dirty, but there was no other option.

The rooms are large and bright, and the mattress is excellent. The only downside is the three floors of steep stairs.
