“Valeu pelo local”

I liked the staff’s hospitality, the good location, and the on‑site bars, restaurants, massage, and convenience store. The hotel allows pets that sometimes bark. I stayed on the 4th floor next to the elevator, which is very noisy. The restaurant is on the 5th floor and the constant moving of furniture is annoying. Room supplies were inconsistent—sometimes coffee was provided, sometimes not; sometimes water was available, sometimes not; toilet paper was always missing. The electricity flickered several times during the day.

I liked the hotel’s location in a beautiful, quiet spot. We didn’t order breakfast, but hot water was always available. Occasionally noisy neighbors kept us up all night; we complained to staff, who apologized but did nothing.

Overall good, but the way to the hotel is a very narrow and cozy mountain road.

The view was insanely beautiful, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The Indian breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and you can even visit the lemurs. Occasionally the nearby café creates a bit of noise, but that doesn’t affect the accommodation itself.
