“My stay wasn’t as good as I expected”

During my stay, there was no breakfast served at all. The TV was broken, Wi‑Fi was sluggish, there were no breakfast options or water slides, the pool was icy and filthy, and the poolside area was dirty.

Everything was terrible; nothing worked right. The owner seemed unprepared and lacking the necessary skills to run such a business, and he should have taken hospitality training courses.

“The place is just the worst place I have been to!”

The room looked nothing like the website photos. The shower was filthy, there were no towels, mould was present, and the yard was overrun with chickens. Our room was mixed up with another, and someone kept knocking on our door at 2:30 am. I was with my kids and felt unsafe. We booked two nights but only slept one.

“Horrible and i personally demand a refund for my breakfast”

I don’t think this guest house should operate is money laundering or they convinced people for zero service. I didn’t get a breakfast for 3days yet I paid so much money to be told the people make breakfast not available and they don’t care theirs clients I don’t think people should book with this guest house so horrible. I didn’t everything no toilet paper, towels, extra blankets it’s so horrible I don’t advise people to book here they are so misleading

The car security was decent, but we were not welcomed and the host had a bad attitude with no communication. We realized the guest house was used for sex parties for couples, charging R200 for two hours. We had to wait hours for our rooms while they finished with other clients, and we ended up sleeping in the same room that their guests were using. We asked for a refund to book elsewhere, but the owner didn’t help. Police were called but we couldn’t get assistance. Please intervene and give this matter high priority.
