“Comfortable clean rooms.”
The beds were comfy, the room stayed spotless, staff were friendly and the place was very quiet, though the price felt a bit steep for that season.
“When we arrived at 3:30 we were given our keys and went to the room cleaning lady was still in there, back to reception”
The hotel was very clean and convenient, but breakfast wasn’t friendly for diabetics—more suited to kids—and the coffee lacked real cream or a decent powdered alternative, the flavored options were overly sugary.
The place was good value, but when the fire alarm went off at 3 am for no reason everyone had to evacuate; I expected a discount or voucher for that inconvenience.
The pool had too much bleach, which ruined my bikini.

However, at check‑in I was told an extra fee would apply for my dog, a charge I hadn’t seen when booking online even though I had indicated my pet. The floors in my room were dirty, forcing me to keep my shoes on to protect my socks.
