The owner was very unpleasant, and their reply about the refund was unsatisfactory.

Elise is a very kind and welcoming lady. The bedroom is big and beautiful with a great shower. The place looks a bit messy, the breakfast is sparse—just bread with jam and coffee—but on the bright side, you don't pay much for this location.
