The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the price was reasonable. The bathroom air wasn’t fresh, and I didn’t receive a receipt for my payment.

The spot is perfect, right next to Islam Karimov Walking Street with a quick door shortcut onto the street; it’s a 9‑minute walk to the Registan, a 6‑minute walk to Bibi‑Khanym Mosque, a 14‑minute walk to Shoxi Zinda, and a 22‑minute walk or bus ride to Gur‑e‑Amir Mausoleum. The homemade breakfast can be scheduled whenever you like. The room was clean and tidy. The landlord family also lives here and treats the hotel like their own home, which makes sense because the hotel is self‑built. You always feel welcome, though there’s no English on site, but translation helps.
