“Nice hotel but use a different link, this one is for an agent, not the hotel”
I recently had a mixed experience with a hotel in Egypt. Initially, I was under the impression that I was booking directly with Selena Bay, but it turned out that the listing was managed by a private agent. This caused a series of problems during my stay, including a two-hour wait to sort out my booking and a five-hour ordeal to pay for my rooms. Fortunately, the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially the reception manager who went out of her way to assist me.
