This hotel is in a fantastic spot and is really great overall
The staff here are really on top of things, and the location can't be beat
The room and leisure facilities were a highlight for me, really enjoyed those
The room was set up for disabled guests, which was a bit limiting for me

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

We dined at the hotel for dinner and breakfast, the food and service were very good; we used the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi and they were very good, but the heat in the room was totally unbearable; we asked for a fan which helped a bit; there was no fridge in the room to keep bottles of water or soft drinks cool; we have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and overall we were very disappointed in it; there was no atmosphere.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of variety and easy to access. The room was far too hot. Couldn't open the window more than a couple of inches. 3 people staying but housekeeping only had the room set up for 2 despite notifying reception. Room was quite dated, furniture scuffed and had to step into a bath to have a shower. Tap loose and loose tile on the bathroom floor
