I liked the location and the hotel overall. The room next to mine was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep unless they were quiet; I even called at 1:30 am to ask if something could be done, but the walls were just paper‑thin and nothing could be fixed.

The location was excellent. Most staff were rude, we found insects in the room, they refused to help, and the room was tiny; we only got a proper room after contacting the Saudi embassy, which assisted us.

Excellent hotel from arrival, quick and easy check‑in to check‑out. Nothing to add.

Being close to the metro stop and on the main street was good for transport and city experience. Breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms had very poor sound insulation and there was constant construction noise, like a drilling sound that never stopped.
