The hotel’s proximity to Yellowstone was convenient, but the lemon‑based cleaner’s scent was overpowering, making it hard to sleep or feel comfortable.

The outside appearance of the motel was unpleasant, and our friends were to stay in a different building. We asked to see the rooms before check-in, but the desk woman refused to show them. We booked a different hotel and are still being charged for the one where we didn't stay
