The staff were extremely helpful and caring, the hotel was clean, the spot was good and close to the beach, and the sea‑view balcony was the best part; they even allowed us extra hours without hassle even though we paid for it. However, there was no food service, we had to order from a restaurant, there was no lift, some furniture like a table was broken, plastic chairs ruined the aesthetic and were uncomfortable, a towel wasn’t clean, the bedsheet wasn’t clean, and the blanket was subpar. There was no private beach as mentioned in the introduction, only one medium‑mix soap was provided, no room freshener or bathroom freshener, and the staff insisted on payment before we entered the room and checked it.

The room wasn’t clean, the closet was broken, there was no TV or room service, I booked a deluxe room but none was available and they still charged for it, and the location was very poor.
