The staff’s friendliness and willingness to help, especially the night‑shift guy, explained a lot about Baños that I didn’t know—trekking routes, public transport, bike rentals, and hostel tours at much better prices. I liked everything. Everything else was okay.

The staff were amazing and friendly, the location was great, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the showers were hot, and the kitchen had free hot chocolate, which was the highlight for me!

I have nothing to criticize about Pamela and her team. When I arrived she took her time to explain everything important for visiting Cuenca. The place felt very homely, it was spotless, and it was close to the bus terminal and all the sights. Highly recommend!!!
