Excellent service, the people very friendly.

Attitude of Teps, the receptionist. The windows couldn't be closed so it was a bit chilly and I could hear people in the other rooms, blinds were hitting the windows, making noises.

The couple at reception were welcoming and the place felt safe. Everything else was fine.
