The room was spacious, the bathroom had great equipment, the climate control was top, and the staff were friendly with tips for Roswell. Parking was everywhere, and there were sockets everywhere, even USB and USB‑C on lamps.

The front desk clerk in the morning was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable with good beds, but there was no elevator so I had to drag heavy suitcases up the stairs after a shoulder surgery—an unacceptable safety risk that could have caused a fall or worsened my injury. The night staff were not personable at all, not even a smile, and I will never stay here again because of the missing elevator.

The place was clean, quiet, and offered great value with a nice pool and good breakfast, and there were no negatives to mention.
