I liked the place and appreciated how close it was to everything, including my family’s location, but the lack of communication and details was frustrating: I walked around town for over an hour searching for the place we were supposed to stay, never being told it was linked to a hotel; nobody mentioned that we had to go to the hotel first to check in, nor did the staff bring up the tourist tax, which seemed like a made‑up number to overcharge me.

The reservation was confirmed, the amount was debited, and when I arrived the staff said sorry but there was no room booked under my name—what a ridiculous situation, especially at that room price.
