The staff were wonderful, the room was a good size with a sofa, desk, closet, and iron, yet a hotel of that caliber should at least provide a shower cap, cotton pads, a nail file, and cotton swabs, and the breakfast did not live up to the hotel's standards or the price, which I found excessive given the poor quality of the offering.

The location was good, but I didn’t get bathroom equipment and the bath was over flooded.

The location was great, but some of the staff was rude and the wait time to get a room was over an hour because we booked through a third‑party.

Nothing besides the view was good; they charged my card twice, the AC wasn’t working at all, there was no vent in the bathroom so if you shower longer than 20 minutes you can’t breathe, there was zero respect from any employee, and when I spoke to the manager about charging my DEBIT CARD for an extra $760… as a mistake she basically just hung up and had an attitude the entire time.
