We were very warmly welcomed and the landlord was friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable there; everything is modern and cleanly set up, and the view is wonderful.

The owner is very nice and his mother is friendly. He speaks English and is very helpful, leaving a very good memory of my stay. It’s almost impossible to find a seat on a mashrutka to Goris because they are all full for the Yerevan‑Goris route, so I had to book an expensive taxi to get to Goris.

We only stayed one night, yet it ranks among the finest hotels in Armenia; every staff member was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the morning view was unbeatable—highly recommend it, thanks for all the services.
