The location, hotel facilities, and warm atmosphere were great, but the room was very small, had some avoidable issues (spot), little light, and the pool was crowded.

Smoking is allowed in the building and on the balcony, which should be prohibited.

Perfect location, flawless staff, private parking, a great pool area and a superb Nuxe massage space, plus Legos for the kids. A nightstand is missing by the small bed, the shower joints need better cleaning, and the breakfast lacked sweet treats.

The staff, restaurant, and spa were excellent, but there was a bathtub without a curtain instead of a shower, and the mattress was a bit too soft.
